This policy explains how FerrumVector handles information in connection with this website, inquiries and separately authorized integrations.

Information from website visits

This is an informational website. It does not provide a public account-registration or payment system. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and may process IP addresses, request details and related operational or security information to provide and protect its services.

Information you choose to share

If you contact FerrumVector by email, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your requirements and manage related communications. Please avoid sending passwords, access tokens or other sensitive credentials by email.

Separately authorized integrations

Where an integration is enabled, access to a connected account requires the account holder’s authorization. Only the permissions needed for the authorized function are requested. Connected-service information may include message identifiers, headers, dates and content, together with relevant processing records and outputs.

That information is used to provide the authorized function. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Information may be processed through service providers or notification destinations required for, and selected as part of, the authorized integration. The public website does not collect connected-account passwords.

Storage, retention and your control

Access to connected-service credentials and records is restricted. Information is retained for the purpose for which it was provided or authorized, until it is no longer needed or removal is requested; separately configured integrations may retain records and backups until deletion. Revoking access prevents future authorized access, but does not by itself delete records already retained.

You can revoke a connected integration through the relevant provider’s account settings, including Google Account connections. To ask about information held, correct an error or request deletion of applicable records, credentials and backups, contact support@ferrumvector.com.

Google API information

Any use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and analytics

This website includes no advertising scripts, third-party analytics scripts, contact forms or application-set cookies. Hosting and security providers may process technical information required to deliver or protect the website.
